I have had the pleasure of working with Polly Bowman on two recent transactions and when I tell you this woman is simply a Powerhouse, that is exactly what I mean. She advises her clients thoroughly on what needs to be done. She is always there when they need her AND from my perspective as a lender, she checks in with me regularly to ensure her clients are being taken care of in the best manor possible.
